The objective of this research is wants to know brand images of Yamaha Jupiter MX by viewed advantages and disadvantages that formed user community. This analysis is done by using qualitative analysis in order to answer the research. This study is conducted on Yamaha Jupiter MX user and the the sample drawn by using snowball sampling. The study concludes that brand images of Yamaha Jupiter MX is better than its competitors. Many communities are formed in physic and virtual that can concludes several advantages and disadvantages of Yamaha Jupiter MX.
