Inspection process has been done by company for protecting the product quality so it will be
suitable with standardization. One of inspection process is statistical quality control implementation
where in this case the pareto diagram, proportion control map, and fishbone diagram have been choice
for the statistical solution. Generally in industry world, the company has through with hindrance in
material supply with good quality, by using good quality of material the company’s hope will be grab
the market share as local area and international, and will get the target benefit. From pareto diagram
could be know the most reject happened are 74.83%, so it must do by reduction to improve the
production output result and loss minimalization, because of that has been done the proportion map
analysis, fishbone diagram as the solution of the matter.
