University of Achmad Yani Banjarmasin represent one of the college of private sector standing since year 1983, if looked into from its age facet can be told have enough adult, but if seen from rank facet or functional of permanence lecturer show less maximal performance.
This research aim to to analyse institution lecturer performance remain to by using variable Job satisfaction with work indicator which mentally challange, salary, condition of job supporting, job friend supporting, according to personality with work. Variabel of organizational commitment with indicator of affective commit-ment, commitment continuance and also commitment normative. Performance variable with indicator of quality of, amount, accuracy of time, effectiveness of requirement and expense of observation.
Result of research indicate that variable Job satisfaction have an effect on positive signifikan to lecturer performance. but variable of organizational commitment show result of which do not signifikan to to lecturer performance. By together satisfaction of and organizational commitment have an effect on signifikan and positive to lecturer performance.
