Blending process is done through a pump and piping system by pumping the blending components together to get the effect of fluid mixing occurs in the transfer pipe. From the research, there are a resistance in the piping system resulting from the combining of the three streams blending components into a single stream pipe where the fluid flow rates exceeding the speed limit as recommended by erosional velocity API RP 14E is 5.57 meters / sec compared vs 10.15 meters / sec by calculation. On the other hand, one of the transfer pump can not meet head loss piping system design which is based on the data pump GM-20-07A different head is 66.8 meters vs the piping system head loss is 94.91 meters. Both of these problems can be solved by decrease the flow rate of the fluid or enlarge the size of the pipe diameter.
