The purposes of this research are to identify the influence of animal manure on some soil chemical properties incubation and, knowing the best time to increase some soil chemical properties. The Research was conducted on December 2014 until February 2015, at Samarinda city and soil analysis on Laboratorium Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah Faperta Universitas Mulawarman. This research was used Completely Random Design (CRD) with four replications and three treatments, consist of: Cogon Grass Soil 10 Kg (P0), Chicken Manure 700 g + Cogon Grass Soil 10 kg (P1), and Goat Manure 700 g + Cogon Grass Soil 10 kg (P2). The result of the experiment indicated that application of animal manure can improved soil acidity and C-organik. The best manure was Goat Manure and the best incubation time at the day fifteenth.
