This research conducted to know management technical of Hiyung Chili (Capsicum frutescens L) Farmer Effort, variable like production, cost, revenue, profit and Sensitivity Analyse Hiyung Chili Farmer Effort as a Hotest Chili in Indonesia, in Hiyung Village, Tapin Regency South Kalimantan Province. The results of the research showed that Level of acceptance equal to Rp. 352.200.000,00/ha or mean Rp. 17.610.000,00/farmer. Revenue obtained by Rp. 13.577.812,65/ farmer or equal to Rp. 271.556.253,00/Ha. mean of Advantage equal to Rp. 12.079.582,34/ farmer. Sensitivity Analyse of chili to cost change production, sale change, and change between production cost and sale concurrently. Advantage obtained farmer if price of production factors go up 5% equal to Rp. 11.803.061,46/farmer, advantage obtained [by] farmer [of] if price of product descend 5% equal to Rp. 11.199.082,34/farmer if price of factors of production go up 5% and price of product descend 5% equal to Rp. 10.922.561,46/farmer
