Corruption is not something extraordinary in world society and even this matter is the biggest problem in developing country like Indonesia. Corruption has become culture from elite to grass root people. Corruption can be found obviously in many institutions such as in executive, legislatives or judicative bodies. Furthermore almost all high government officers do it without ever think that their conducts jeopardize their own country.
