This study aims to determine the efficacy and proove relationship self and internal control centers to anxiety public speaking on the students. The hypothesis put forward are: (1) is there a relationship between self-efficacy with anxiety speaking in public, (2) is there a relationship between internal locus of control with public speaking anxiety. Study subjects medico semester 6 2007/2008 academic year consisting of 60 males and females. Collecting data is done using three types of scales, namely the scale of public speaking anxiety, self-efficacy scale and the scale of the internal locus of control. The results showed that there was no significant efficacy the relationship between themselves with public speaking anxiety B=0.151, r=0.193 and p<0.114) which means there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy with public speaking anxiety. Meanwhile, the research results obtained B=0.148, r=0,274 and p=0.026 (p<0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between internal locus of control with public speaking anxiety.
