One alternative programs that could be implemented in the process of selling grain delay is to implement the warehouse receipt system. Warehouse receipt was first held in South Kalimantan is in Barito Kuala with the type of dry milled grain is stored. Only problem facing farmers 'lack of knowledge and understanding of these systems and not all farmers' groups joined in it, therefore conducted this study with the aim to determine the functions of management in running the warehouse receipt and analyze the relationship between intake of grain in a warehouse receipt to grain prices at the producer level of the year 2010 - 2012 per quarter. The method used is the case study method. The analysis used in a descriptive way and correlation. Application of management functions within the warehouse receipt system seen from the planning is, pengorganisasia, implementation and supervision. Correlation value - 0.75 which indicates a strong relationship between variable and inversely proportional to grain intake (Y) and producer prices (X).
