This research using the experimental methods, with a completely randomized design with treatments SC 0: Waste plant corn Saccharomyces cerevisae without (control); SC 0.8: The use of Saccharomyces cerevisae 0.8%; SC 1.6: The use of Saccharomyces cerevisae 1.6%; SC 2.4: The use of Saccharomyces cerevisae 2.4%; SC 3.2: The use of Saccharomyces cerevisae 3.2%. The results showed that the highest crude protein was obtained in the treatment of Saccharomyces cerevisae 0.8% with the average amount of 14.56% crude protein and crude fiber obtained by treatment of Saccharomyces cerevisae lows of 2.4% with the amount of the average value of 23.78% crude fiber.
