The most important part in the successful application of operations research is the development of the progress made in the field of technology, especially computers. With computer technology can be used as a tool to solve math problems in order to become easier solution.In estimating the time and cost of a project will require optimization is usually performed to optimize existing resources and minimize obstacles while still getting optimal results.The problem in this research is how to determine the critical path and the optimum value of the building project scheduling activities orphanage samantha integrated using PERT-CPM method and how to determine the critical path and the optimum value of the project scheduling with the Excel program.
