Management and handling of customers’ documents related to credit financing are essential factors ini banking management. The management system that is unstructured and unintegrated with database and all business processes from each business function causes unproductive custumers’ services. The information system design of consumptive credit financing uses prototype method and the modeling uses data flow and entity relationship diagram. This research carries out the integration of information governance among business processes for all business functions so it eases to fulfill the information requirements through the database accesses at the same time. The existence of integration between applicants’ and debtors’ data can ease the credit marketing department to check customers’ credibility, credit applications analysis and creation of loan documents required to support lending credit decisions. The application design of multiuser model system can improve employees’ productivity in providing credit services, make the processes more organized and ease the coordination.
