This study aimed to investigate the relationship between job analysis and job performance officer acting in Banjarbaru. This research describes the explanation of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The study population was the acting village in Banjarbaru for 80 people. While the sample was taken by total sampling, where the entire population sampled. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach, using descriptive methods, data obtained using questionnaires to respondents, as well as observation, interview and literature. Data processing was performed using chi square analysis with SPSS for Windows release 15. The results showed that: (1) an analysis of the department were significantly related to job performance, such as Work Tool, Department of Intergovernmental Relations and Implementation Working Conditions, (2) while in the Implementation of Work and Work Ability has a weak association level of Performance forces acting in the Village Banjarbaru. The low performance is due to ineffective implementation of job analysis method based on the judgment, which is not run optimally on the performance of work such as discipline, work ethic, work patterns that are not systematic, accountable, relations department is relatively low as coordination between departments and shirts. Recommended in its assessment to subordinates should be based on objectivity and professionalism in putting officers in strategic positions, so that stakeholders can enhance the performance of the department to pursue better quality and can provide optimal service to the community.
