This study aims to determine the inventory management of raw materials that exist in soybean tempe and tofu processing business Rizky Daya in Bungur Baru Village, Bungur District,Tapin; to determine the amount of processing of raw materials ordering tempe and tofu are economical; and to determine the amount of the purchase or the time of booking back to raw material supplies soybean is not disturbed. The results showed that the soybean raw material inventory management has executed well. By using the EOQ method can be seen that the economic order quantity is as much as 928.48 kg and frequency ordering is 2 times in one month. The amount of purchase and the time of reordering of raw materials to the company tempe and tofu is as much as 7,500 kg every 15 days.
