The objective of this research is to determine the relationship among age and working period with occupational fatigue, of fuel truck drivers in PT Elnusa Banjarmasin. This study is a survey analytical research using Cross Sectional design. The research subject is fuel truck drivers in PT Elnusa, with sample consisting of 60 persons. Research data are analyzed by using correlation test of Spearman.The result of the research showsthat there is no relationship exists between age and working period with occupational fatigue. Recomended to the managment expected to consider the issue of occupational health and fatigue management training for fuel truck drivers and conduct periodic health examination to know the physical and psychological condition of his body and avoid occupational fatigue.
