Conducted research on the solubility of n-butanol fraction leaves the Kembang Bulan (Tithonia diversifolia) on calcium kidney stones in vitro. This study aims to prove the capability and know the solubility of several concentrations of n-butanol fraction leaves the Kembang Bulan (Tithonia diversifolia) on calcium kidney stones in vitro. This research was conducted by dissolving 100 mg of kidney stone powder into fractions of n-butanol with variation of concentration: 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1% of 100 mL. Then incubated at 370C for 6 hours and stirred with 1 hour intervals. After that, itsdestructed then measured levels of dissolved calcium using Atomic Absorption Spektrofotemeter at a wave length of 422.7 nm. Phytochemical identification of n-butanol fraction gave positive results flavonoids. Qualitative analysis using x-ray diffractometer showed that kidney stones contain calcium. Statistical analysis using a test-LSD Post Hoc, Tukey, and Duncan, it is known that the third variation of the concentration of n-butanol fraction showed the differences in the ability to dissolve calcium kidney stones in vitro. Based on the results of measurements using atomic absorption spektrofometer unknown fraction of n-butanol with a concentration of 0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1% to dissolve the calcium in a row at 1.1146 ppm, 2.0508 ppm and 0.4954 ppm.
