This study was conducted in South District Office of Banjarbaru. The objective of this study is to know more deeply the employees’ performance in South District Office of Banjarbaru, this study uses qualitative method. In collecting the data, the researcher uses techniques of interview, field observation and being supported by document. To determine the sample was used the total sapling technique. Primary data sourced is derived from structural officials and public service workers. While secondary data is derived from documents, and the available data at the South District Office of Banjarbaru.
The results of the study show that the performance of the south District Employees of Banjarbaru is good enough, it is seen from the answers given by the respondents, based on six aspects of monitoring criteria that researchers observed, the most influential aspect on the performance improvement of the South District Office employees of Banjarbaru is their integrity.
