In the past few years, Factor Models of Personality have been widely used as equipments for personality test in all over the world. The theory was based on the five major factors called The Big Five Factor Personality Model, which was developed by Costa and McCrae (Costa & McCrae, 1992; McCrae, et al., 1998) they are Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Opennes to experience, Agreeableness and Conscientiousness.
This scientific breakthrough in the discovery of ”The Big Five Personality” has broaden the knowledge about personality. The result of studies and meta-analysis done by the experts showed that most of the five dimentions of personality were related to performance. Examining individual personality through The Big Five Factors could help the organization to identify which individuals were highly motivated and to give them the most suitable job in the work place.
