The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fermented rice straw fermentation using the rumen fluid to profile ADF and NDF rice straw . Research using randomized dezign (RAL) 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatment research is the use of liquid level in the rumen fermentation that J0 ( 0 % ) , J1 ( 5 % ) , J2 ( 10 % ) , J3 ( 15 % ) and J4 ( 20 % ) . The variables measured were levels of NDF and ADF rice straw fermentation products . The results showed the influence of the level of use of rumen fluid significantly affect the levels of ADF and NDF decreased rice straw fermentation product , which is increasing linearly rumen fluid level lowers both ADF and NDF content of rice straw . Recommended level of use of the best in the rumen fluid fermentation of rice straw is a level 20 % rumen fluid , which is able to reduce levels of 44.63 % ADF ( level 0 % ( control ) ) to 41.55 % ( 20 % level ( J4 ) ) , whereas NDF fell from 77.86 % ( level 0 % ( control ) ) to 72.28 ( 20 % level ( J4 ) ) . Decreased levels of ADF and NDF showed an improvement of quality nutrition and digestibility of rice straw as livestock feed
