Transport of Phenol by using N, N dimethyl acetamide as carrier substance and SPAN-60 as surfactant throughout bulk liquid membrane technique have been investigated. This study concerned about Influences of Ni (II) and Co (II) dissolved to Phenol interphase transport. System of Transport operated which Phenol as source phase, NaOH as received phase and Chloroform contained N, N dimethyl acetamide as membrane phase. Ni (II) and Co (II) were added to the source phase in order to observe cationic influenced in transport of Phenol. Treatment have been supported by stirring in 340 rpm . Concentration of Phenol contained in source phase and received phase were monitored by using 4-spectrofotometer aminoantipirin 510 nm λ maks method. The results were obtained percentage of transport of Phenol into the received phase increased from 96.38% to 98.27% while added Ni (II) 2.522 x 10-5 M and 98.45% while added Co (II) 1.681 x 10-5 M. Overall, addition of Ni (II) and Co (II) to source phase in range of concentration 0.841 x 10-5 to 4.206 x 10-5 M were increasing transport of Phenol throughout bulk liquid membrane.
