The aims of the research were to know the influence interaction of grindace of seed and concentration Sulphate acid on the dormancy breaking of sugar palm seeds, knowing influence of seed grindace and know the best concentration Sulphate acid on the dormancy breaking of sugar palm seeds. The research was conducted on the experimental land at Jumba Amuntai at January - April 2013. Attempt device used Complete Random Device (RAL) two factor with thrice restating consisted of 36 set of attempt and to each; every attempt consisted of by 10 sugar palm seeds. Result of research show the interaction of seed grindace at various storey; level of concentration Sulphate acid do not have an effect on the reality to all perception parameter; treatment of seed grindace show the real influence at parameter sum up the seed dorman, and sum up the rotten seed, but do not have an effect on the reality at other parameter; and treatment mount the concentration Sulphate acid to parameter sum up the seed germinating, germination time, sum up the sprout, germination percentage and fast of germination, do not show the real influence.
