The study Potencial and Problems of Broiler Chicken Development at Tanah Laut District South Kalimantan Province was conducted among 3 month. Development of broiler chicken at Tanah Laut District most potencial because support by internal factor with score 2,954 and external factor with score 2,812. The main priority of broiler chicken development strategy such as simplycity to gain DOC, public preferency to eat broiler meat, the land widely, support by goverment. The opportunity factor was support such as widely market, public to farm animal, highest price on certain climate. Basic weakness on development of broiler chicken are farm capital limitation, fluctuation of feed price and drugs, but the bigest threats are disease intencity and mortality of broiler chicken.
