Vitamin C is very needed for healing process of wound for optimalization immune response and sell mitosis and monosit migration in to tissue. Lack of vitamin C causing the wound easy damage and decrease the strength of the injury. Vitamin E has a function to decrease tissue damaging which is caused free radical. Lack of vitamin E can decrease immunity. The research is done at the laboratory of STIK Muhammadiyah Pontianak City. The samples of this research are two rats with minimum weight is 100gr and each of them got four wound. The scoring is done by using injury observation paper, from the beginning is made injuring until its reach 0cm large. The research data was analyzed by independent sample t test with (α) < 0.05. The result showed that there was a significant different between the application of topical vitamin C and local vitamin E in wound healing process. The average of wound healing by topical vitamin C is 9.5, while the average of wound healing by local vitamin E is 7.0. Local Vitamin E was faster in wound healing (7.0 < 9.5) than topical vitamin C. Vitamin E which is given locally is more effective than topical vitamin C in injury healing process for rats.
