Rice farming on swamp land is an important in South Kalimantan. The existence of climate change impacts not only affect the paddy production but also on farmers' income. Most of the rice farming has been technically efficient even though production is still possible to be maximized. Production factors of land, seed and labor has a positive influence on the production but the negative of climate change impacts. In terms of economic efficiency; farmers do not achieve an efficient level so that the benefits are still low
