The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial propeness of farm operation using agroforestry system, in which teak was used primary plant. Meanwhile grass as intercrop and castle. The research was conducted from March until July 2007 in the District of Sungai Merdeka, Regency of Kutai Kartanegara. The financial properness analysis used formula PP, NPV, EAA, Net B/C and IRR. The result of this research shows that the growth of teak using agroforestry system in combination of super teak with grass have growth volume about 6.33 m3 ha-1 year-1. Financial feasibility is shown in the average income per year (EAA) in combination of super teak, grass more less than combination grass with castle. All of those farm operations were feasibility.
