Mangrove forest have many important function, like ecology and economic function. It’s have an attractive potential of tourism too, such special roots, flower have a special fruits, and supported by the uniqe of flora fauna. The Assesment of Mangrove Forest management was conducted in mangrove forest conservation Mamburungan Village during Mei until September 2009. The aims of this research are: to asses potential value of mangrove forest in Mamburungan Village, and to formulate the strategies management of mangrove forest. SWOT analysis used to take for certain management strategies of mangrove forest. Management strategies priority for ecotourism are : 1) monitoring and Saving of natural resource, 2) Law improvement, 3) working together of all steakholder in area of location, 4) human resources improvement and involving local society, and 5) Ecotorism development programme.
