The aims of experiment was : (1) to understand of response growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) on the bokashi of cow manure and coconut water application and it’s interaction, and (2) to find out the proper dosage of bokashi of cow manure and concentration of coconut water application for lettuce plant. The experiment was conducted at OECF Integrated Laboratory, Agricultural Faculty, University of Mulawarman, Samarinda on February 2008 until April 2008.The experiment design used was Completely Randomized Design arranged in Factorial Experiment 4 x 4 with five replications. The first factor was dosage of cow manure bokashi (B) consisted four levels i.e : without cow manure bokashi (b0), 50 g polibag-1 (b1), 100 g polibag-1 (b2), and 150 g polibag-1 (b3) The second factor was concentration of coconut water (K) consisted four levels i.e : without coconut water application (k0), 200 ml l-1 water (k1), 400 ml l-1 water (k2), and 600 ml l-1 water (k3). The result of experiment showed that : (1) response of all parameters was very significant different on the dosage of cow manure bokashi application. The highest of fresh weight namely 109,51 g plant-1 was achieved on 150 g polybag-1 (b3), while the lowest of fresh weight namely 33,99 g plant-1 was achieved on without cow manure bokashi (b0); (2) response of all parameters was not significant different on the coconut water application, exceptly increase plant height at age 30 days after planting and plant fresh weight; and (3) response of all parameters was no significant different on interaction of both factors.
