The purpose of this research is to know rate decomposition of water hyacinth and rice hay bokashi with EM4 and M-Bio to pH, about availability of nutrition unsure (N, P, K) and C/N ratio at cagon grass soil along with to know that bioactivator who can more increase that soil chemistry characteristics. The research was done from September 2011 until December 2011, research executed on Trial Land of Soil Laboratory Agriculture Faculty Mulawarman University. The treatments consist of B0, B1, B2, B3 and B4 with 2 repetition. The treatments use comparison 2:1. The period of treatments incubation during 4 weeks. The observation act in two phase that is in second weeks and fourth weeks. The result of research such that the rate decomposition of bokashi went good in 2 week for all treatments because that can increase the pH, availability N, P, K nutrition and also improve the C/N ratio at cagon grass soil. The EM4 employing there is best to used because it still extend change influence to C/N rasio at cagon grass soil.
