Integrated Health Center (Posyandu) of toddler is form of health effort that resourced public efforts are managed and organized from, by, for and with the community to empower and provide convenience to the public in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction maternal and infant mortality. Minimum service target levels of community participation to come to Posyandu (D/S) of 80%. Reports from public health center Karang Intan in 2009 obtained the achievement of D/S by 68%, from 13 villages in work area of public health center (Puskesmas) Karang Intan in August 2010. Rural coverage does not reach the target of child's weight for D / S age 12-59 months are Jingah Habang Hilir village is equal 36.45%. Formulation of the research problem as follows: "What are the factors that cause to the toddler's mother's reluctance to visit Posyandu in village of Jingah Habang Hilir Regency of Banjar in 2012 Qualitative approach be supported to quantitative approach to know the attitude, motivation, socio-cultural, community support, the role of health care, the role of cadres and government policy. Conclusion The most positive attitude, strong motivation, socio-cultural, community support, officer roles, the role of volunteers and the support of government policy so that there can be expected a routine visit to Posyandu until children in the age of 5 years in order to obtain information about nutrition.
