Fruits processing into a processed food product can extend storage periods and increasing of selling value. Still at least the farmer women community that knows about fruit processing technology was reason introduced dodol of pineapple processing technology and its packaging. These activities have purposes (1) introduce the simple, cheap and right way about dodol of pineapple processing technology to farmer women (2) diversification products from pineapple, and (3) introduce the right packaging product. These activities conducted in Kelurahan Kalampangan, Kota Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah. The activity forms were socialization and training about the dodol of pineapple processing and packaging products to farmer women group (Kelompok Tani Bina Lestari). Based on the trial obtained that the dodol of pineapple not packaged indicating changes of taste and smell awful at the second week storage after processing, while as the dodol of pineapple with packing can survive to 1 months without change of taste and odor. Results of socialization and training showed participants not have knowledge and skill about making products and packaging of fruit pineapple before this activity done, so they have positive respond during activity takes place. At the end of program activities, besides having knowledge and skill about processing and packaging dodol pineapple, participants also have the desire to make the dodol of pineapple as side endeavors.
