The objectives of the experiment were : (1) to understood to effect of Urea and SP-36 fertilizer, Plant Activator and its interaction on the growh of rattan pulut merah seedlings, and (2) to investigated level of Urea and SP-36 fertilizer and Plant Activator application for rattan pulut merah seedlings. The experiment was conducted on nursery at Jl Kadrie Oening Gang Bersama, Samarinda Ulu Subdistrict, Samarinda.The experiment design used was Factorial Experiment 4 x 3 arranged in Completely Randomized Design with three replications. The first was Urea and SP-36 fertilizer (P consisted four levels, namely : no Urea and SP-36 (p0), 0,5 g Urea + 0,5 g SP-36 polybag-1 (p1), 1,0 g Urea + 1,0 g SP-36 polybag-1 (p2), and 1,5 g Urea + 1,5 g SP-36 polybag-1 (p3). Second factor was Plant Activator (A) consisted three levels, namely : no Plant Activator (a0), 1,0 g Plant Activator polybag-1 (a1), and 2,0 g Plant Activator polybag-1 (a2). The results of the experiment showed that : (1) combination Urea and SP-36 fertilizer application was affected significantly on the plant length at age 1, 2, 3, and 4 months after planting, and number of leaf at age 4 month after planting; (2) Plant Activator application no affected significant on the plant length and number of leaf at age 1, 2, 3, and 4 month after planting; (3) interaction between level of Urea and SP-36 fertilizer with level of Plant Activator application no affected significant on the plant length and number of leaf at age 1, 2, 3, and 4 month after planting; and (4) the best of rattan pulut merah growth was achieved on 0,5 g Urea + 0,5 g SP-36 polybag-1.
